Side bends exercise for abdominals using dumbbells
Dumbbell Side Bend :
➋ Tilt the higher body to the aspect holding the dumbbell back and when a brief pause. Complete your set and alter sides.
➌ Do not tilt your higher body too so much to the aspect wherever it are often tough to revive.

You can also do the dumbbell side bend exercise while sitting on a bench.
Also you can do this side bend exercise with a barbell.
