    Chest is the region of the human body between the neck and the abdomen, along with its internal organs and other contents. Traditional bench press is with a heavy weight on a bar and lower all the way to the results of the chest shoulder injuries preventable. Without getting too detailed, lowering a heavy barbell throughout your chest and stretches up a large part of ( Loaded! ) pressure on your shoulders, while simultaneously forcing them beyond their normal range movement = bad combination ! 

   There are much safer and more effective ways to challenge your chest. Traditional exercises such as chest presses or seated dumbbell bench presses can certainly work your chest, but on the other hand, taking a bit of stability (using a Swiss ball or the formation of an arm at a time, by example ) challenges your entire nervous system and forces your body to use the spine, shoulder, hip, knee and even ankle stabilizers - while giving your chest an incredible workout.
