Shoulder :


           "The human shoulder is made up of 3 bones named the clavicle (collarbone), the scapula (shoulder blade) and the humerus (upper arm bone) and also they are associated muscles, ligaments and tendons."


Shoulder Joints:

  The shoulder joints are nothing but the joints between the bones of the shoulder.

For each exercise with dumbbells complete 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps depends on your ability. As your strength improves, you can increase the weight of your dumbbells (for muscle building) or the number of reps / sets you do (for muscle toning). If the exercise is to move your arms separately, one representative account that the left and right arm twice the year ended.

       Notice: Make sure you perform each exercise in a slow and controlled to ensure that you are working your muscles in the right direction and avoid injury.

It is recommended that 5 minutes of light aerobic exercise, such as jogging in place before doing exercises with dumbbells to increase your heart rate and prepare your body for your workout. Be sure to stretch after too much to avoid sore muscles!
