Palms-in & back supported palms-in shoulder press dumbbell exercises
Palms-In Shoulder Press Exercise :
➊ Rise up and hold 2 dumbbells at shoulder level, palms facing one another.
➋ Push the dumbbells straight up till your elbows equated to protection and lower them backpedal once a brief pause.
➌ Take care to not jerk your back in a trial to assist you raise the dumbbells.
Back Supported Palms-In Shoulder Press Exercise :
