Push Press :
A push press is a weight training exercise for shoulder. You can do it by using dumbbells or barbells.
➊ Rise up and hold 2 dumbbells simply on top of your shoulders, palms facing one another, knees arched.
➋ Push the dumbbells straight up till your arms square measure near protection and lower them backpedal slowly once a brief pause.
➌ Take a breath once pushing up and breathe once lowering back.
