Incline Bench Press :
➊ Change posture on your back on Associate in Nursing incline bench and hold 2 dumbbells at chest level on your sides, palms facing forward.
➋ Raise the dumbbells straight up till your elbows square measure near being barred and slowly lower them back once a brief break.
➌ Respire once raising the dumbbells and take a breath once lowering them back.
