Back fly exercise using dumbbells
Back Fly :
➊ Lie down on your chest on the bench and grab 2 dumbbells along with your hands, elbows at ninety degree angles.
➋ Raise the dumbbells till your arms area unit parallel to the bottom and lower them back when a brief pause.
➌ Breathe out once actuation the dumbbells and inhale once lowering them back.
