Bicep curl exercise for bicep muscles using dumbbells
Biceps Curl :
➊ First step is to stand up and hold a dumbbell with each hands on the facet of your body, palms facing one another.
➋ Second step is to raise each dumbbells till they reach the peak of your shoulders and slowly lower down when a brief pause.
➌ Third step is, try to not offend the higher body so as to assist you carry weights.
Inner Bicep Curl :

Alternated Biceps Curl :

➋ Second step is, lifting a dumbbell till it reaches the peak of your shoulder whereas lowering slowly down when a brief pause, begin raising another.
➌ Third step is, try to not offend the higher body so as to assist you carry weights.
