➊ Hold a dumbbell with one hand on the side of your body.

➋ Tilt the higher body to the aspect holding the dumbbell back and when a brief pause. Complete your set and alter sides.

➌ Do not tilt your higher body too so much to the aspect wherever it are often tough to revive.

You can also do the dumbbell side bend exercise while sitting on a bench.

Also you can do this side bend exercise with a barbell.


Caution - While doing dumbbell side bend exercise keep in mind that do not let your weight take you forward or backward.
