Kickback exercise for triceps using dumbbells



Triceps Dumbbell Kickback :


Kickback exercise for tricep using dumbbells1
➊ Place your knee and hand on a bench and grab a dumbbell along with your different hand, palm facing your body, higher arm parallel to your body.

➋ Push the dumbbell back by extending your elbow and permit it to slowly come when a brief pause.

➌ Keep your higher arm still throughout.
