One arm triceps extension exercise using dumbbells
One Arm Triceps Extension :
➊ Get up and hold one dumbbell with one hand behind your head, elbow at a ninety degree angle, higher arm straight up.
➋ Raise the dumbbell with one hand till your arm is near being totally extended and slowly lower it back when a brief pause. Alternate when a group.
➌ Keep your higher arm still throughout.
