Dead Lift Exercise :➊ Stand up and grab a dumbbell with every of your hands.
➋ Flex your knees and hips, so as to lower the dumbbells straight down and lift yourself keep a copy when a brief pause.

Stiff Legged Dead Lift Exercise :
