Dead lift & stiff legged dead lift dumbbell exercise for back


Dead Lift Exercise :

➊ Stand up and grab a dumbbell with every of your hands.

➋ Flex your knees and hips, so as to lower the dumbbells straight down and lift yourself keep a copy when a brief pause.

➌ Breathe in once lowering and respire once returning to beginning position.

Stiff Legged Dead Lift Exercise :


➊ Stand up and reach down so as to carry 2 dumbbells with each hands (knees slightly bent).

➋ Raise your higher body till you're standing and lower it back once a brief pause.

➌ Try to keep your arms straight throughout by keeping constant little arch in your elbows.
